International Sales Developer (m/w/d)

Full-time, Headquarter: Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria

Your tasks:

  • Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities: You proactively identify, analyse and require promising leads worldwide, driving the expansion of our customer base. With a keen sense for market potential, you develop innovative strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships: You establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in specialist organizations and governments through regular communication and personal meetings.
  • Tailored solutions: You offer tailored solutions for each customer, after internal consultations with our technical department, making this role both diverse and demanding.
  • Market analysis: Through continuous monitoring and evaluation of market and competitive developments, you identify relevant trends and opportunities, providing key insights for future strategic direction.
  • Reporting and analysis: You regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer satisfaction to management.

Your profile:

  • Education: HTL graduation in mechanics, electronics, aviation, mechatronics or AHS combined with a degree of FH or TU in the same technical  fields.
  • Business Development Skills: You have a goal-oriented "hunter" mindset. With strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in acquiring new customers, you recognize potential and turn it into successful projects.
  • High willingness to travel: You are willing to travel internationally to support customers on-site and to represent the company at shows and conferences.
  • Economic and technical understanding: You stay focused on what truly matters and have a deep understanding of your customers' needs. A strong affinity for aviation and sensor technologies is essential.
  • Communication and Teamwork: You are a true networker, bringing people together with your open and engaging personality.
  • Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in international sales or business development, ideally in the aviation or defense technology industry.
  • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement is € 3.575,39 on a full-time basis. In addition, we offer a performance-based variable compensation and the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
