Max. take of weight for TECNAM MMA increased
The max. take of weight (MTOW) for the TECNAM MMA has been increased. This brings more flexibility to the aircraft operator and the ultimate sensor platform.

- 21 kg Sensor Equipment (L3-MX10 or Flir UltraForce 350)
- 16 kg Sensor Lift
- 18 kg Uplink System (e.g. Scotty Satcom Rack)
- 6 kg Downlink System (e.g. Gigawave LOS)
- 10 kg Operator Workstation + Moving Map (e.g. Euroavionics)
- 5 kg Tactical Communication HF-Radio
- 139 kg Fuel for 5 h+
The TECNAM MMA receives strong support by its manufacturers, not only the MTOW has been upgraded also the multi-fuel ROTAX engines have new extended overhaul times (from 1500 hrs to 2000 hrs).
This aircraft is the most demanded sensor carrier for missions requiring cost effective but still twin engine and IFR capable platforms.
